Rajab Tayib Erdogan did it again and won a difficult election that was a real test
for him and his party.
They said
that he threatens Turkish democracy with his penchant for autocracy, so he
abandoned his alleged "dictatorship and went at the pace of the confident
to the second
.round and defeated Kilicdaroglu.
Erdogan
will rule Türkiye for the next five years. A man has the right to extend his
legs in the luxurious Ottoman presidential palace and continue to implement his
policies that were characterized by pragmatism, national interest, and
international independence of decision.
The
"Sultan" of Turkey and his party breathed a sigh of relief while the
West - anxious for the future of democracy, oh my God- muffled its tip, bemoaning an unfulfilled
joy to see him GO
Putin was
the first to congratulate Erdogan on his victory and summed it all up when he
expressed to the Turkish president his certainty that the Turks choosing him
once again
indicates the correctness of his foreign policies.
Putin is
undoubtedly happy that a major regional ally like Erdogan remains at the helm
of a pivotal country like Turke
The first
of the Arab congratulators was the Emir of Qatar, while it is expected that
congratulations will rain down on Rajab Tayyip s office, as a matter of diplomatic
courtesy and reprimand at least, as it is no secret that many Arab regimes are not “fat
on honey” with Erdogan "The Islamist", however there crucial questions to ask on this occasion
?Why did
the world care so much about Türkiye's election
It seemed
clear that the world, especially the West, was very interested in Turkey's
presidential elections, which witnessed an unprecedented global warming and
participation rates. NATO, in its own way, took care of this event, and opinion
polls predicting Erdogan's fall preceded the results of the ballot boxes. The
West has shamelessly harnessed its black propaganda arsenal in favor of Kilicdarogl
It is no
secret that the West was self-righteous by turning the page on Erdogan's Turkey
and its democratic and developmental experience, which has become disturbing to
the extent that Ankara's foreign policy has become a decisive player in major
international conflicts such as Russia's war on Ukraine.
It is also
no secret that the West fears that ballot box experiments will spread to the
Arab neighborhood, and agendas will be ruined, as the "democratic"
West is interested in keeping the political situation - from water to water -
petrified forever. This ossification gives Western circles the required
flexibility to draw maps and impose policies that guarantee the continuation of
their vital interests until the end of history.
|?Why do Turks stick to President Erdogan
The
majority of Turks voted in favor of continuity, not because they are against
change, nor because they love Erdogan and die in his "beds". The
matter is much deeper and more complex than that: the collective consciousness
of the Turks decided to grant Erdogan another mandate because they know fully that
it is in their interest for him to stay for the next five years, for the
following reasons:
To be a defense
wall against the threat that Kilishdar and the machine behind him represent to
the multi-ethnic Turkish national fabric and tendencies, especially since
Erdogan's rule quelled the violence from which the Turks suffered for decades.
To prevent
the military from returning to guarding the Ataturk temple again through coups,
which previously represented almost a national sport for tank owners. Memory
still preserves well what happened when the military attempted a coup against
legitimacy seven years ago when the people and security groupstook to streets with
bare chests and light weapons that were sufficient to arrest the putschists and
thwart the plot.
- And to work
on drawing up a real constitution for Turkey, which has not been allowed for
during one hundred years at least.
?What are the conclusions of the Turkish
lesson
Perhaps
the most important lessons that can be learned from the Turkish experience
during Erdogan’s era can be summed up in prominent headlines:
National
advancement is possible whenever conditions are met, the most important of
which is the existence of an elite that believes in its national project and is
able to sacrifice for it.
The
national renaissance project has no chance of success unless it makes the human
being its first and last goal in all its policies, and this is what exactly happened in Turkey over the last two decades,

The
national renaissance is not based on the ideas of foreigners and does
not rely on the arms of strangers. The Turks designed their development model
themselves and in line with their authentic culture.
The
national political and democratic renaissance is not rain from the sky that
falls whenever we desire it, but rather dynamics that produce accumulations,
and before thqat it means sacrifices for a political and
cultural project backed up
.by an arsenal for awareness, national mobilization, and modern education policies.
Investment in man is the only way out of the clutches of underdevelopment,
and we can
objectively compare Turkey at the beginning of this century and the New Turkey in 2023.
In my
opinion, the dazzling democratic show that took place in Turkey will be a real
breakthrough for this country to reserve its rightful place among the world's
grat powers.
Erdogan
has the right to" stretch his legs" as the Arabs say, and Turkey should be proud of
its
political/electoral experience, where the political game was clean enough to make Turks feel proud to say
it and sing it together with Erdogan: Corruption Yuk, despair Yuk.
Conclusion
This is
the century of Turkya, as the " SICK Man" is strong enough and can make the west feel deeply sick these days
